Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan akun rumah sakit (Inpatient, Emergency Department, Pharmacy, Procurement, Medical Support Units) serta mencapai target penjualan produk alat kesehatan. Peran ini juga mencakup edukasi produk melalui presentasi dan pelatihan kepada tenaga medis, serta membangun hubungan strategis dengan dokter, perawat, dan manajemen rumah sakit. Selain aspek penjualan, Product Specialist berperan dalam memantau tren pasar, menganalisis aktivitas kompetitor, serta mendukung proses tender dan sistem pembelian rumah sakit. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat untuk memastikan keterlibatan pelanggan yang tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and develop hospital accounts; Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage for medical device products; Conduct product presentations, in-service training, and product trials; Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals; Monitor market trends and competitor activities; Handle and support tender processes and hospital purchasing systems; Conduct regular customer visits.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Public Health, or other Health Sciences (preferred); Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist / Clinical Specialist / Application Specialist in medical devices / pharmaceutical manufacturer; Strong track record in achieving sales targets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong product detailing and customer engagement skills; Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
