Sales Operations Analyst (Sales Support)

General Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Ops professional to support our Commercial team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. This role will be responsible for coordinating sales administration, preparing commercial documents, managing customer records, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. What you'll do

Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, presentations, and other commercial documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Procurement) to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and commercial requests. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales databases, customer records, and pipeline reports.

Monitor and track sales opportunities, contract renewals, and project milestones to ensure timely follow-up and execution. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, commercial reports, and management presentations. Coordinate customer onboarding processes and facilitate smooth handover from Sales to Operations.

Manage administrative activities related to customer contracts, purchase orders, billing requests, and documentation filing. Support customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution by coordinating with relevant internal departments. Assist in organizing customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and commercial engagements.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Sales Administration, or Customer Success roles.
