Sales Admin (Sales Experienced)

Identify and approach potential customers through WhatsApp chat, calls, and other digital communication channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and persuasive manner.

Conduct product or service presentations and provide accurate information based on customer needs. Follow up leads consistently to increase conversion and customer engagement. Maintain customer databases and update sales activity records regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on lead generation and sales performance. Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. Proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or related positions is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in using WhatsApp Business and digital communication platforms. Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
