The company is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their sales team, focusing on the Eastern Indonesia region (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua). The role involves visiting customers, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets for steel products.
Tanggung jawab: Visiting customers and potential customers door-to-door in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua to offer steel products; Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, including following up on offers until orders are placed; Creating videos in the field (products, customer visits, testimonials) and collaborating with the social media team for publication; Collecting market information, prices, and competitor activities in the visited areas; Reporting visit results regularly to the head office via Zoom or Google Meet.
Kualifikasi: Maximum age 40 years old, minimum S1 from any major; Willing to travel out of the island regularly for long periods; Able to create simple videos using a smartphone; Experience in social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus; Experience as a field sales, especially B2B or building materials, is a plus; Mastery of Mandarin and experience interacting with shop owners/traders is a plus; Fluent in using video meeting applications like Zoom or Google Meet; Communicative, independent, honest, and target-oriented.
