Posisi Sales Operation General Manager ditujukan untuk sebuah perusahaan forwarding di Jakarta. Peran ini memegang tanggung jawab penuh dan strategis terhadap keseluruhan operasional departemen penjualan serta operasional logistik, termasuk penanganan ekspor dan impor serta pengiriman barang. Kandidat yang terpilih akan mengelola pendapatan bisnis, perumusan anggaran, serta manajemen pengukuran kinerja perusahaan guna memastikan kelancaran dan efisiensi operasional secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi pengelolaan departemen back office, melakukan kunjungan langsung ke klien-klien penting, serta penugasan manajemen operasional yang mencakup perjalanan bisnis rutin ke berbagai basis operasional di Semarang, Surabaya, dan Batam. Selain itu, pemegang posisi ini juga akan menangani tugas-tugas terkait lainnya yang ditugaskan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis logistik secara berkelanjutan.
