We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Marketplace to manage and grow our online sales channels across various e-commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing marketplace performance, executing promotional strategies, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands marketplace operations, and is passionate about achieving sales targets. Manage and optimize store performance across marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and content quality to maximize visibility and conversion rates. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and marketplace advertising activities.
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing and Supporting, to ensure smooth marketplace operations. Manage marketplace advertising budgets and optimize return on investment (ROI).
Generate regular sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and stay updated on platform policies, features, and promotional opportunities. Handle customer feedback and marketplace ratings to maintain excellent store performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce sales, digital commerce, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major marketplace platforms and their seller tools.
- Experience managing marketplace advertisements and promotional campaigns is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and dashboard reporting is a plus.
