Bachelor's Degree in any major. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, including team leadership experience. Able to work independently, plan initiatives, and execute them effectively. Target-oriented with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership and delegation capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Team player with a proactive attitude. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
