Sales Marketing Manager

About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Sales Marketing to join our dynamic team at PT Mawar Sharon Mandiri. In this full-time role based in Soreang, Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility for our company. Qualification: Minimum Education S1 (in any field). Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in the same position.

Experienced in selling house or warehouse units priced from 1 billion and above. Have strong business skills and technical knowledge in commercial, housing, and warehousing. Have strong skills in leadership, negotiation, property management and sales.

Preferably have a Supervisor or Manager who leads themselves in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Master online and offline sales techniques.
