Manage the end-to-end product development process, from product planning and sampling to production launch. Ensure product designs align with the brand's positioning and seasonal collection strategy. Coordinate fabric sourcing, production, quality control, and delivery to ensure timely product launches.
Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure smooth product development and execution. Monitor product performance and continuously improve product quality, assortment, and customer satisfaction. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager in the Fashion/Apparel industry (Women's Wear or Underwear experience is preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Engineering, Apparel, or a related field. Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, pattern making, and product development. Good understanding of fashion trends, color forecasting, silhouettes, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
Strong understanding of customer preferences, buying behavior, and market trends. Good analytical, communication, and project management skills. Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
