Position Description Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in the groceries retail channel. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution across retail outlets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the groceries sector. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotions in retail outlets.
Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and trade terms. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales , with strong experience in groceries retail .
Proven track record in managing modern trade and/or general trade channels . Strong network within groceries retail (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, distributors). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
