Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out). Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.

Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets. Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached. Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.

Monitor salesman target achievement. Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors. Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).

Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly. Requirements:
