Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. Develop and expand Octarine's distribution network through distributors, wholesalers, traditional retail outlets, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and Modern Trade accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, buyers, outlets, and business partners.
Develop and execute sales growth, market penetration, and channel expansion strategies for both GT and MT channels. Lead, coach, supervise, and evaluate the performance of sales teams to ensure target achievement and continuous improvement. Monitor product availability, stock levels, and distribution performance across all sales channels.
Oversee the implementation of promotional activities, trade programs, product listings, in-store activations, and marketing initiatives to maximize sales performance. Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and improve market share. Manage distributor performance and support the acquisition of new accounts and strategic partnerships.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market development, team productivity, and business growth initiatives for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Supervisor, Sales Supervisor, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels is highly preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Body Care, Fragrance, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, cosmetic stores, and Modern Trade buyers.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and developing data-driven business strategies.
- Proven experience in distributor management, account development, and opening new sales channels or outlets.
- Results-oriented and experienced in managing sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
