Responsibility: Leading and managing sales team; hiring and training new sales team members. Leading sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Creating sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives. Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients. Managing sales pipeline and ensuring effective sales processes.
Tracking sales team performance against targets and KPIs. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships. Managing the sales team's budget and resources effectively.
Preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development. Skill requirement:
Leadership and team management Strategic planning Networking and CRM
Kualifikasi
- A bachelor’s degree in IT and or cyber background (prefered)
- Min 4 (four) years sales experience in IT cyber market
- Proven experience in sales manager and account management
- Excellent knowledge of sales principles and techniques
