About The Company: The working venue is in West Cikarang. Our client is a Cold Storage Warehouse company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for cold storage and general warehouse services Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients (70–80% of the role will focus on business development and new client acquisition
Analyze customers' logistics and storage requirements and propose optimal logistics solutions Manage, coach, and monitor the sales team, including KPI management Establish and manage sales targets and revenue budgets to achieve business objectives
Lead negotiations with key clients, including commercial terms and contract execution Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and create new business opportunities Collaborate with warehouse operations and other related departments to enhance service quality
Prepare sales activity reports and provide regular updates to management Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements:
