Customer Experience & Sales Support (European Markets) Location: Bali, Indonesia Full-Time Originalhome is a Dutch eco-design brand that creates sustainable home décor from natural, recycled, and waste materials together with artisans in Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Tanzania. From our HQ in the Netherlands, we supply more than 700 stores across the Benelux, France, and Germany, which form our core markets. In our Bali office, we focus on product design, supplier management, marketing, and sales support. We are looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Support professional in Bali to help us deliver outstanding service to both our B2B resellers and B2C customers across Europe. You will join a small, passionate, and highly professional team where every person counts. --- About the Role You are the voice of Originalhome. You ensure customers feel supported, understood, and guided in a warm and professional way. You handle correspondence and administrative tasks with precision, and you help maintain our reputation for highly rated, service-minded customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support (B2B & B2C) · Respond to European reseller and consumer inquiries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone

· Provide clear product information, order status updates, and basic after-sales care · Communicate proactively and with a friendly, service-minded tone Sales & Administrative Support

· Process quotations, orders, invoices, and confirmations · Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records · Coordinate shipments and prepare basic export documents
