Bachelor’s Degree in any field 10+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management 5+ years of experience leading sales teams Experience managing BFSI, Government, Enterprise, or Strategic Accounts Experience in IT solutions, particularly IBM and SAS products, will be an advantage. Proven track record in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and account expansion Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience selling technology solution (IBM and SAS products) will be an advantage Able to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers Strong leadership, communication, and business development capabilities
