Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and daily financial management of the Indonesia business, while managing and developing the finance team. Oversee regional budgeting and management reporting, establish and continuously improve the business performance analysis framework for the Indonesia region.Ensure full financial compliance by maintaining accounting records and tax filings in accordance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and applicable accounting standards. Develop and optimize financial accounting and reporting models, providing professional financial insights to support key business decisions. Coordinate with the China headquarters as well as external stakeholders in Indonesia, including tax authorities, banks, and auditors, to maintain strong working relationships.Establish and continuously improve financial management policies, internal controls, and operational processes to mitigate financial risks and enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Candidates must be proficient in English. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage.; Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) are preferred. Extensive experience in senior financial management is required.; At least 5 years of financial management experience in a large-scale company. Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, tax filing procedures, foreign exchange regulations, and the ability to independently manage tax compliance matters.; Strong integrity, attention to detail, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Kualifikasi
