Kualifikasi

• Education:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any discipline
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related fields is preferred
• Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, marketing, Business Development, Customer Relations, or Healthcare Services
• Experience in Medical Clinic, Hospital, Wellness Center, Aesthetic Clinic, Dental Clinic, Physiotherapy, Luxury Hospitality, or Premium Retail will be an advantage
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Able to communicate confidently with foreign people and international patients
• Technical Skills:
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Google Workspace
• Familiar with CRM software is an advantage
• Active user of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred

• Own transportation is an advantage
• Available to travel for corporate visits, networking events, and marketing activities when needed
