Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major. Background Financial Industry: Banking (preferred) or Insurance with 10th experience Relevant certifications or background in Leadership, Sales, and Marketing are preferred.

Proven experience in leadership, sales, marketing, or related roles is required. Strong achievement-oriented mindset with high integrity and analytical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability in teamwork, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication.
