• Administer the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, including permits for hot work, working at height, lifting operations, temporary electrical installations, confined space entry, excavation, and live electrical work
• Organize new employee safety inductions, safety training, toolbox meetings, task-specific safety briefings, and regular safety awareness campaigns
• Conduct routine inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety protection systems, scaffolding, floor openings and edge protection, temporary electrical installations, and fire protection facilities
• Closely supervise high-risk activities, including heavy equipment lifting, installation of diesel generators and transformers, rooftop work, cable installation, and pipeline pressure testing
• Verify the qualifications and validity of certifications for lifting equipment, lifting gear, crane operators, signalmen, and other personnel performing specialized work
• Monitor contractors' implementation of corrective actions. Suspend unsafe work and report immediately when serious safety hazards are identified
• Organize weekly safety inspections, special inspections, joint inspections, and Safety Committee meetings, and track the completion of corrective actions
• Maintain records related to safety personnel, training, inspections, work permits, incidents, and special equipment management
• Coordinate with the client's HSE department, the main contractor, local occupational safety authorities, PJK3 organizations, and emergency medical service providers
• Organize emergency response drills for fire, electric shock, falls from height, confined space incidents, and natural disasters
• Ensure Indonesian workers fully understand all safety requirements and assist in translating important safety documents and signage into Bahasa Indonesia
