The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day operations, including driver acquisition management, driver engagement strategies, and inventory control; Monitor and enforce operational standards and compliance benchmarks within the designated city territory; Extract actionable insights by analyzing operational data, performance trends, user surveys, and localized market intelligence; Manage cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency metrics to successfully deliver on regional target benchmarks; Support the Area Lead and Regional teams in seamlessly rolling out new product initiatives and feature updates across the city; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree from any major; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in operations, preferably at a supervisory level within a multinational company; Strong functional proficiency in supply and demand planning, control frameworks, and operations mapping; Advanced data processing capabilities, with the ability to extract insights from Excel/Spreadsheets and translate them into professional presentations or slide decks; Strong business proficiency in written and verbal English; Excellent analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills to manage complex operational challenges; Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage with driver communities and de-escalate mass conflicts.
