About the role We are seeking a skilled Risk Analytics & MIS professional to join our dynamic team at PT. Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia. As a contract position, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and analytical support to drive the company's risk management and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our fintech organisation. What you'll be doing Conduct in-depth risk analysis and develop tailored risk models to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks Gather, analyse, and interpret complex data to generate comprehensive management information systems (MIS) reports Analyze and monitor month-to-month data trends from multiple data sources (SLIK, FDC, CBI, multiplatform, telco, KYC, etc.) to generate actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions in credit risk management Develop and test new feature engineering strategies for credit scoring models, focusing on improving predictive accuracy and model performance Conduct comprehensive evaluation and backtesting of features to ensure robustness, scalability, and alignment with business objectives in underwriting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes and improve operational performance Develop and maintain advanced analytical tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics using tools like Looker and BigQuery Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on risk management and operational strategies What we're looking
