The company leverages a combination of data, operational discipline, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless delivery services. In this role, you will act as a bridge between data and real-world logistics operations. You will be responsible for monitoring key operational metrics, such as delivery speed, transportation costs, productivity, and shipment quality. By analyzing fleet and operational data, you will identify performance gaps and develop data-driven initiatives to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall service quality. You will also prepare performance reports and dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and fleet utilization.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and analyze logistics performance, including delivery speed, transportation costs, productivity, shipment quality, and operational efficiency; Analyze operational and fleet data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities; Develop and implement data-driven process improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations and service quality; Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for relevant stakeholders; Collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and other teams to improve fleet utilization, productivity, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or other relevant fields; Relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement; Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting; Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Experience with BI or visualization tools is an advantage; Good understanding of process improvement and the ability to translate data into practical operational recommendations; Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
