Retail Sales Coordinator bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola operasional penjualan brand Genny Shoes di Matahari Department Store. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan langsung terhadap staf sales (SPG/B), memastikan target penjualan tercapai, serta melakukan analisis data penjualan untuk mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage sales for the Genny Shoes brand at Matahari Department Store; Supervise sales staff (SPG/B) for the Genny Shoes brand; Proficient in sales reporting; Possess strong sales strategy skills; Responsible for all daily report, weekly and monthly reports; Able to conduct evaluations and analyze sales and manpower.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales; Experience as a Team Leader or Coordinator is an advantage; Possesses leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team; Accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs; Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; Capable of performing basic sales data analysis and generating reports; Possesses problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions; Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.
