Responsibility Channel Promotion Program Strategy Develop the annual program calendar, including promotional campaigns, product focus and new product launch support.
Create and manage the production and distribution of all Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), displays and in-store placement to maximize brand visibility, ensuring brand consistency and channel relevance. Work closely with the other departments and stakeholders to ensure flawless program execution of all in-store activities. Develop program kit to support sales team in delivering effective program execution.
End-to-end management of cosumer promotions, including legal compliance, taxation, briefing and prize procurement. Program Budget & Performance Management, Analysis and Insights Manage and optimize the trade marketing and promotion budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Measure and report the effectiveness and ROI of all promotional activities, providing insights for future campaigns and focusing budget toward high-performing mechanics. Monitor and report competitor trade and promotional strategies, as well as recent development, strategy and case study of promotional campaigns in the market. Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders within Sales and Marketing divisions to build strategic commercial plan Collaborate with the Marketing team to adapt and align national campaigns. Collaborate with the digital marketing to integrate omnichannel O2O consumer promotions.
