Requirements & Qualifications: •Proven Sales Background: Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a sales role (preferably within hospitality, F&B, or tourism). You must be comfortable with pitching, negotiating, and closing B2B deals. •Offline Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing. This includes event management, on-ground activations, tastings, and building partnerships with local businesses (hotels, villas, travel agents). •Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Canggu market, consumer behavior, and the local competitor landscape.

•Strategic Planning: Ability to create and execute detailed monthly marketing plans, manage budgets, and track ROI against sales targets. •Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Fluent in English Job Descriptions: •B2B Development: Utilize your sales skills to acquire and maintain relationships with local hotels, villas, and tour operators to drive customer traffic. •Offline Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute guerrilla marketing tactics, event partnerships, and community-building activities in Canggu. •Monthly Strategy: Develop comprehensive monthly marketing calendars that align with business goals, seasonality, and new product launches.
