We Are Hiring Retail Operation (Promotor) area Medan. TAILG Indonesia looking for a highly motivated and field-oriented Retail Operation to manage and grow our B2B business in the Medanareas. Key Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Dealer Visit & Relationship Management - Represent TAILG brand in the field by visiting dealers regularly (store to store) in the Medan area. - Build good relationships with store owners, store managers, and store crew. 2️⃣ Sell Out Activation & Monitoring - Help increase sales (sell out) at each dealer. - Monitor stock, product display, and sales activities. - Give sales strategy suggestions and support dealers in running promotions and campaigns. - Provide product knowledge training to store managers and sales crew. 3️⃣ Visual Merchandising & Branding - Ensure product display follows brand standards. - Make sure promotional materials (banners, brochures, price tags) are properly installed. - Report competitor activities. Requirements: - Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) - Minimum 1 year experience as Promotor / Marketing / Sales - Willing to work in the field (mobile) - Understand sales strategy and closing techniques
