Perusahaan membuka lowongan untuk posisi HSE Head yang bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin pengelolaan Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi penyusunan dan pengembangan manual serta prosedur HSE, penerapan standar keselamatan di kantor maupun di lokasi proyek (baik offshore maupun onshore), serta pengelolaan dokumen dan audit terkait. Kandidat dipersyaratkan memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik Lingkungan, K3, Teknik, atau Manajemen, dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi HSE Head serta diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum.
Tanggung jawab: Minimal Diploma's (D3) Degree or Bachelor Degree In Environment Engineering/Occupational Health and Safety/Engineering/Management; Having certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) is preferable; Having experience in preparing of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) documents and CSMS audit would be an advantage; Having experience in ISO 45000:2018 aand ISO 14000: 2015 audit would be an advantage; Fluent in English both written and verbal; Able to develop HSE Manuals and procedures; Willing to work at office as well as at project site (offshore and onshore); Having good leadership skills and interpersonal skills; Have experience min. 3 years in Head HSE; Preferred domicile in Medan/North Sumatra.
