About the Role The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail operations across all Bali Buda outlets, ensuring strong sales performance, effective inventory management, and excellent in-store customer experience. 2. Key Responsibilities Oversee retail operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth Analyze sales performance by outlet, category, and SKU to identify opportunities Ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts Monitor product movement and manage fast/slow moving items Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement Conduct regular store audits (display, cleanliness, readiness) Lead, train, and develop retail teams including supervisors and staff Ensure high standards of customer service across all outlets Handle and analyze customer feedback to improve shopping experience Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing, and Data teams Use data insights to support decision-making
