Resources Geologist

Tanggung jawab: Geological Modelling & Resource Evaluation: Manage geological databases and maintain data integrity. Develop geological models and block models. Prepare mineral resource estimations in accordance with recognised industry standards. Support resource classi; Technical Support: Provide geological and mine planning support to mining operations. Conduct ore control and grade reconciliation. Analyze deviations between mine plans and actual production. Recommend corrective actions to improve operational performanc; Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate mining projects from both technical and economic perspectives. Support feasibility studies, project development, and investment analysis. Conduct technical due diligence for mining acquisitions and new project opportuniti; Reporting & Governance Ensure compliance of Good Mining Practice, and applicable regulations. Monitor departmental budgets and resource utilization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Services function; Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Geology/Geological Engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience in the exploration and evaluation of laterite nickel resources and reserves. Cross-commodity experience, such as coal and gold, is a plus; Experience managing mining operations and open-pit mine planning; Proficiency in mapping and resource and reserve estimation software (ArcGIS, Surpac, Leapfrog). Proficiency in scheduling software such as Vulcan and Minesched is a plus; Having a Class A driver's license (SIM A).
