Responsibilities Manage and process reservations for hotels, activities, visas, arrival card and transportation for guests. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding booking details. Coordinate with partners (hotels, airlines, transport providers) to ensure smooth arrangements. Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking issues with professionalism. Maintain records of reservations and update booking systems as required. Qualifications Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK). Proven experience in reservations, preferably in a travel company or tourism industry. Fluent in English (mandatory). Based in Bali or currently residing in Bali. Salary & Benefits Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
