As an Engineering / Maintenance Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of various building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role is essential to our operations and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment where your technical expertise will directly impact our business success.
Tanggung jawab: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment; Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal downtime; Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to identify and address potential issues before they escalate; Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including parts used and time spent; Operate and troubleshoot various tools, equipment, and machinery in accordance with safety protocols; Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies; Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities; Report on equipment condition and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
