Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Operator or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of English both written and spoken. Knowledge of operational principles.

Familiarity with domestic travel destinations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Self-motivated and result-driven, able to work alone or as part of a team.

Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Based in Bali

What you’ll be doing: As a Reservation & Operation Officer (GIT), you will be responsible for managing all group tour bookings efficiently, communicating with tour operators, customers, and suppliers, handle all requests, questions, and provide tourism-related services, including but not limited to: Manage and make reservations for accommodation, suppliers, and all related services.
