About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Reservation Agent to join our team at PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang', a leading hospitality company located in Denpasar, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling hotel reservations and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests. What you'll be doing Manage incoming reservation requests through multiple channels, including phone, email, and online booking platforms Provide accurate and timely information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities to guests Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and professionally Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records Contribute to the overall success of the front office operations What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in using reservation management systems and computer software Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
