Sebagai Reporting Analyst, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan laporan bisnis yang akurat, tepat waktu, dan terstandarisasi guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang efektif di seluruh organisasi. Anda akan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap protokol pelaporan, memberikan wawasan kepada tim Sales dan fungsi lainnya, serta berkolaborasi dengan pengguna bisnis untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Selain itu, Anda akan mengidentifikasi peluang untuk meningkatkan proses pelaporan, mendukung inisiatif otomatisasi, serta mendorong efisiensi, akurasi, dan konsistensi data di seluruh bisnis. Peran ini membutuhkan keahlian teknis yang kuat dalam alat pelaporan dan kemampuan analitis untuk menerjemahkan data menjadi wawasan bisnis yang berharga.
Tanggung jawab: Delivering accurate, timely, and standardized business reports; Ensuring compliance with reporting standards and protocols; Providing insights to Sales and other functions; Collaborating with business users to resolve issues; Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes; Supporting automation initiatives; Driving efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
Kualifikasi: Min. bachelor degree from Information Systems/ Finance / Business Studies/ Management or any related disciplines; 5-7 years of working experience at managerial level in Business Reporting related areas preferably from FMCG industry and /or Multinational Company; Proven track record of managing reporting processes, data quality, and reporting tools (Excel, SAP Analysis for Office, Alteryx, BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial curiosity and the ability to translate data into insights; Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills; Demonstrated ability to balance BAU delivery with new demand, projects, and process improvements.
