FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Program is a 3-year international career development opportunity designed to cultivate future leaders. Participants engage in a structured learning environment, gaining hands-on experience through challenging and diverse rotations within the Engineering & Technology functions. The program emphasizes professional and personal growth through dedicated mentorship, coaching, and international networking opportunities, including a global onboarding week at the company headquarters in the Netherlands. As a Global Trainee in Engineering & Technology, you will work on impactful projects that support manufacturing performance, asset reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to various technical areas, including Maintenance, Project Engineering, Operational Technology, Reliability, Utilities, and Manufacturing Excellence.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field; Maximum 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply); Strong academic track record; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
