Relationship Officer / Manager Pekanbaru

Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within your assigned portfolio Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for clients to identify suitable banking and financial products and services

Present and promote a wide range of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, investment products and insurance services Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives set by management for client acquisition and product uptake Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions tailored to individual client requirements

Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns promptly Participate in branch marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new clients

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our systems Collaborate with colleagues across the branch to deliver seamless service and identify cross-selling opportunities What we're looking
