We are looking for a full-time, onsite (WFO) Relationship Manager with a strong background in sales or business development within the financial services industry. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on new client acquisition, sizeable growth targets, and relationship-driven sales , and who are ready to contribute directly to business expansion in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new strategic partners and referral networks to support business expansion and client growth.
Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with partners, high-value clients, educators, community leaders, and professional networks. Design and implement acquisition strategies targeting potential partners such as financial educators, market analysts, content creators, and investment-related communities. Lead partnership discussions, commercial alignment, and agreement execution to ensure mutual value and sustainable collaboration.
Work closely with marketing, events, and operations teams to support campaigns, seminars, client engagement activities, and partner initiatives. Track partner contribution, acquisition performance, and business outcomes; prepare regular reports and insights for management. Stay informed on financial market developments, investment trends, and evolving client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or client acquisition within financial services, investment-related industries, or capital market environments .
Proven experience in investment products / wealth management / capital markets, Strong understanding of investment instruments (e.g., equities, derivatives, funds, structured products), Experience in handling investment-oriented clients rather than lending/credit portfolios,
