This role involves developing and maintaining business lines for electricity meters with PLN regional and city branches, as well as water meters with PDAM and local water utilities across all cities and regencies in the assigned province. The position is field-based and requires frequent travel within the assigned area (West Java, East Java, Sumatra, or Kalimantan). The representative will report directly to the China Head Office and act as the primary point of contact for regional clients.
Tanggung jawab: Build and maintain relationships with PLN regional branches (procurement, engineering, materials, and tender departments); Develop new PDAM and local water utility clients, including county-level markets and local distribution partners; Collect tender information, annual procurement plans, and project leads, and report them to head office promptly; Support the full tender process: pre-qualification, document submission, factory audits, technical alignment, sample testing, and bid follow-up; Handle after-sales coordination, payment collection follow-up, and long-term client retention; Prepare regular market and competitor analysis reports for your region; Plan province-wide trips efficiently, covering both PLN and PDAM clients in one route.
Kualifikasi: Indonesian citizen; Valid work documents; Clean record.
