Posisi ini merupakan peran teknis senior yang berfokus pada solusi IT, infrastruktur, dan keamanan siber. Engineer ini bertanggung jawab memahami kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis pelanggan untuk merekomendasikan solusi IT yang tepat. Tugas utama mencakup penyusunan desain solusi, proposal teknis, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), serta perhitungan biaya. Selain itu, posisi ini mengelola proyek dari tahap kick-off hingga serah terima, berkoordinasi dengan tim sales, vendor, dan prinsipal, serta memastikan seluruh aktivitas proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal dan standar kualitas yang disepakati.
Tanggung jawab: Understand customer business and technical needs and recommend suitable IT solutions; Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, BoM, SoW, and cost calculations; Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and solution clarifications with customers; Coordinate with Sales, technical teams, vendors, and principals for solution preparation; Plan, manage, and monitor projects from kick-off through project closing and handover; Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders; Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions; Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, Bill of Materials (BoM), Scope of Work (SoW), and cost calculations based on customer requirements; Work closely with Sales, vendors, principals, and internal technical teams to develop appropriate technical and solution proposals; Manage projects from kick-off, planning, coordination, progress monitoring, risk management, through project closing and handover; Coordinate with internal technical team, vendors, and customers to ensure project activities are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, and requirements; Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and required follow-up actions; Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting minutes, progress reports, and project closing reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Presales, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, & Project Management; Relevant IT, cybersecurity, or project management certifications are an advantage; Proficiency in Bahasa and English.
