Open Positions : 1. Recruitment Supervisor – Courier 2. Recruitment Staff – Courier
Tanggung jawab: Handle the recruitment process for Courier Partners across Java, Bali, and Lombok; Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing; Handle and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners throughout the recruitment process; Coordinate with field stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled according to the required targets and timelines; Perform general administrative tasks related to the recruitment and partnership process; Requirements; Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Experience minimum 2 years in managing partnerships, partner acquisition, or working with partner-based recruitment models is highly preferred; Experience recruiting Couriers, Drivers, Riders, Warehouse Staff, Freelancers, or other operational positions is an advantage; Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment needs and achieve recruitment targets within tight deadlines; Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Candidates based in Java, Bali, or Lombok are welcome to apply.
