Kualifikasi

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• At least 3 years of working experience in Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition and Training
• Familiar and able to administer psychological assessment tools (IST, CFIT, Kraeplin, DISC, Papicostic, DAP and BAUM)
• Familiar with recording data in HR system
• Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Have good analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and target oriented
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Jababeka I, Cikarang Utara, Kab. Bekasi

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, testing and interviewing, and onboarding
• Conduct candidate sourcing through LinkedIn or any job portal to fill vacant positions
• Monitor and mantain on time recruitment for all position based on target
• Monitor, mantain and update recruitment databases and candidate records all position
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Scheduling the induction training for new employee, coordinate with the trainer from other department
• Record all training documentation
• Record HR documents, such as permit, leave, etc in HRIS
