Receptionist customer service cashier

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Mahjong Parlour team. You will needed to help create a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring smooth daily operations. Requirement: minimum SMA/SMK Graduate; previous experience in retail, hospitality, & customer service is preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, energetic and customer-focused; honest, responsible, able to work independently; comfortable using computers, POS systems and digital payment platforms; willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills: cash handling and book keeping, customer service excellence, teamwork, problem-solving and conflict resolution; time management and multitasking; social media knowledge is a plus.
