We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent Assistant to support a busy real estate and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with scheduling, follow-ups, candidate/client communication, data entry, online research, spreadsheets, and keeping daily tasks organized. You will help make sure messages are sent, appointments are scheduled, records are updated, and nothing falls through the cracks. Send professional messages to leads, candidates, clients, and team members
Schedule calls, interviews, meetings, and follow-ups Track leads, applicants, updates, and tasks in spreadsheets or internal systems Help organize documents, forms, and client information
Follow up with people who have not responded Assist with online research and basic data entry Keep records accurate and up to date
Support the team with general administrative and operations tasks Help manage daily communication and task tracking Strong written English
