The R&D Manager will lead and manage textile research, digital pattern engineering, and sample prototyping activities. The role ensures that design concepts are translated into precise, durable, and well-fitting garments suitable for efficient mass production. This includes overseeing the entire product engineering workflow from design sketch reception to lab testing and physical sample assembly. Key responsibilities involve directing fabric research, verifying technical specifications (Tech Packs), and granting final approval for digital CAD patterns and size grading. The manager will also lead fitting sessions with designers and technical teams to evaluate garment construction stability and wearability, requiring strong technical analytical skills and fluency in English for international communication.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fashion Design, Garment Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Garment Product Development/R&D; At least 3 years in a managerial position within export garment manufacturing or large-scale retail fashion; Expertise in digital garment pattern construction, grading, and marker making (Optitex/Gerber); Comprehensive understanding of fabric characteristics and textile lab testing; Fluent in English (written and spoken).
