R&D Formulator Decorative

Job Description: Develop cosmetic formulations based on customer needs requirements, and monitor product stability processes. Supervise the production process and provide adjustment if necessary

Job Requirement: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor' s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Decorative R&D Formulation.

Understanding of formulation concepts: emulsions, surfactant-based systems, sunscreen, and water-based formulas. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations and active ingredients.

Proficient in laboratory testing techniques and equip ment (pH meter, viscometer, etc.). Familiar with cosmetic regulations in Indonesia (BPOM). Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
