Conduct regular quality inspections and monitoring activities at CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) factories to ensure compliance with company and buyer quality standards. Monitor production processes and identify potential quality risks before products reach the final inspection stage. Investigate quality issues found during production and determine root causes through on-site observations and discussions with factory teams. Coordinate closely with factory QA teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize quality defects and prevent recurrence Attend and support third-party inspections, ensuring inspection readiness and proper follow-up of inspection findings. Prepare and submit accurate inspection reports, quality performance updates, and issue summaries to management. Communicate production quality concerns and improvement plans effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate factory quality performance and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvement. Follow up on corrective action plans and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, buyer requirements, and product specifications throughout the production process. Support factory teams through coaching, guidance, and quality awareness initiatives to improve overall quality performance.
