Kami mencari Cost Accountant yang akan ditempatkan di pabrik untuk menangani proses akuntansi biaya, manajemen inventori, dan pelaporan keuangan manufaktur. Anda akan bekerja secara full-time di OMOWAY Factory, Balaraja, Tangerang. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan untuk melakukan perhitungan biaya secara mandiri, rekonsiliasi, dan pelaporan keuangan. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen dan mendukung aktivitas operasional pabrik terkait pengiriman dan gudang jika diperlukan.
Tanggung jawab: Independently perform cost calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.; Support operational activities related to shipments when required.; Support daily factory shipment and warehouse-related activities when required..
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.; Strong understanding of production cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing accounting processes.; Familiar with raw material, WIP, finished goods, production output, and manufacturing overhead accounting.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with accounting or ERP systems.; Understanding of warehouse, inventory, and shipment processes is preferred.; Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.; Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and financial risk awareness.; Good communication and coordination skills with different departments.; Experience in factory-based accounting / inventory reconciliation is preferred.; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.; Willing to work full-time on-site at OMOWAY Factory in Balaraja, Tangerang..
