Quality Management System Supervisor

Key responsibilities: Manage non-conforming products and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare, control, maintain, and update quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Forms, and operational standards.

Ensure that all operational processes comply with the applicable management systems and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Conduct internal audits, follow up on audit findings, and coordinate preparations for external audits. Handle customer quality complaints and perform root cause investigations to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

Deliver training sessions and awareness programs related to quality management systems and compliance requirements for employees. Manage the renewal process of company certifications and support external audits for Halal, BPOM, Kosher, and management system certifications, including document preparation, audit coordination, and the closure of audit findings to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Prepare and communicate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports and responses to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality concerns.

Provide problem-solving support related to quality documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA), IFRA certificates, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS), and other customer-required technical documentation. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across relevant functions. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain compliance, improve quality performance, and support customer satisfaction objectives.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related major Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control within the manufacturing in chemical industry
