Production Supervisor

Requirements: Diploma in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work in shifts. Proficient in English.

Able to join as soon as possible. Job Description: Plans production schedule according to released production orders and shipment calendar.

Updates outputs and issues to management through daily production meeting & SAP meeting, and performs daily briefing with all personnel. Manages all supplies (consumables and non-consumables) used by the department. Manages all equipment and acitivies in the printing area in accordance with the planning

Monitors operator work againts established SOP and work instruction Ensures production runs as it should to achieve set target. Trains new personnel for Supervisor level and above
